Biography

Daniella Alvarado joined Link & Associates in early 2020 and handles personal injury, consumer protection, contractual disputes, and an array of other civil matters. Before joining Link & Associates, Ms. Alvarado worked for a boutique civil litigation firm where she conducted numerous jury trials. Ms. Alvarado enjoys using her bilingual abilities to advocate for English and Spanish-speaking clients alike.

Ms. Alvarado attended St. Mary’s University School of Law where she served as Senior Associate Editor on the St. Mary’s Law Journal—which is among the top 5% most frequently cited law reviews in the nation. While in law school, she was inducted as a member into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and also received the Watkins Workhorse Award for the graduating Class of 2018.

While obtaining her law degree, Ms. Alvarado held clerkships and internships at The Office of the Attorney General: Consumer Protection Division, The 101st Civil District Court, Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, and an insurance-defense litigation firm. Of her activities during law school, Ms. Alvarado is most proud of her time spent as a volunteer-mentor for The Boys & Girls Club of San Antonio where, in each of her years of law school, she was paired with a mentee who she assisted and prepared for college.
