Javier is a bilingual native Texan and has represented clients in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, across Texas and in other states for more than a decade and half. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government and History from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. Javier then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in 2000. While in law school he attended the summer program The Institute on World Legal Problems at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. Also, while in law school Javier clerked at the law offices of a prominent Texas personal injury trial attorney.
Since graduating from law school Javier has represented clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Javier has litigated auto collision, 18-wheeler, construction injury, premises liability, toxic tort and product liability cases.
Javier has had the privilege and responsibility of serving as lead trial counsel in multiple cases. Javier has helped successfully litigate hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of clients against some of the biggest Fortune 500 corporate entities and insurance companies who have been represented by some of the largest law firms in the nation.
Javier has represented clients in various state and federal jurisdictions such as Texas, California, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oregon, West Virginia, and Nevada.
Javier and his wife live in Old East Dallas and enjoy traveling when possible. Javier is an avid science fiction fan and enjoys collecting vintage comic books in his spare time. Javier and his wife are both avid Texas Rangers fans!
